  1. Do you mind me asking if you by any chance know if ” http://www.hebrew4christians.com ” is a reliable site ? Landed there when I went searching for the meaning of Emunah … after reading your post a few days ago .
    I am Portuguese , raised up Catholic , my father comes from a Jewish family and he was baptized to marry my Mother .

    1. It is not a reliable Jewish site. Briefly, Emunah is trust in God. I will post more on it to explain the difference between Emunah and b’tachon. It is difficult to explain without delving into religious texts, and I am not a religious teacher. I like Aishe.com. Orit Ritter is a friend and she writes on this subject and has a web site daily dose of emunah.com. She is a wonderful person and very inspiring! I hope that helps. Thanks for reading!

        I’m not looking into the deep religious parts , I’m just curious about the words and traditions and would love to be able to read and understand day-to-day Hebrew Turtle Hugs and Thank you

      2. I have never learned another alphabet but I’ve learned French , and English and can read Spanish and a bit Italian and a bit German (besides my native Portuguese) , if I apply myself I believe I can learn -alphabet and all πŸ™‚
        A single step , and very slow ones …
